Furnishapes specializes in the design and sale of digital files (technical plans in formats such as DXF, SVG, EPS, among others) for furniture and object manufacturing using computer numerical control (CNC) and laser cutting technologies.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to designs, texts, graphics, logos, images, and specifically the digital files of the plans, is the exclusive property of Furnishapes Designs LLC and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. License of Use

By purchasing a product from Furnishapes, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to:

• Use the files for the physical manufacturing of end products.
• Personal and small-scale commercial use of the manufactured objects.

Strictly prohibited:

• Selling, redistributing, sub-licensing, or sharing the original or modified digital files.
• Uploading the files to third-party platforms or public access databases.
• Using the designs for mass industrial production without a written license agreement from Furnishapes Designs LLC.

5. Payments and Merchant of Record

To ensure the security of your transactions and compliance with international tax regulations (VAT/Sales Tax), Furnishapes uses Paddle as our “Merchant of Record.”

By making a purchase, you agree that Paddle will process your payment and be responsible for invoicing and collecting the corresponding taxes based on your geographic location.

6. Digital Products and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (instant downloads), no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once the download link has been generated or the file has been sent.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the software and machinery compatible with the offered file formats before completing the purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Furnishapes Designs LLC is not responsible for:

• Any material or personal damage derived from the use of CNC machines, lasers, or tools during the manufacturing of the designs.
• Technical errors derived from incorrect configuration of the user’s machinery or software.
• The accuracy of the cuts if the user modifies the original tolerances or dimensions of the plans.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in said state.
