Shipping & Delivery Policy for Furnishapes

Product Delivery
Instantaneous Delivery: All our products are digital and available for immediate download after your payment is successfully processed.
Delivery Method: Upon completion of your purchase, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with a direct download link for your DXF files. Additionally, a confirmation email containing a download link for your purchased plans will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
No Shipping Costs: As all our products are digital, there are absolutely no shipping fees or physical delivery of goods.
Receiving Your Digital Files
The download link will provide you with a compressed (.zip) file containing the DXF plans. You will need to have software that can open and extract .zip files to access your plans.
If you do not receive the confirmation email with the download link within a few minutes of your purchase, please take the following steps:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder: Occasionally, automated emails can be filtered into these folders.
- Verify your Email Address: Ensure the email address you entered at checkout was correct. If you suspect a typo, please contact us.

Failed Downloads or Corrupt Files

- It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate software (e.g., CAD software) to open and use the DXF files.
